1.2 Panthea is non-custodial

Panthea is a technology, distribution and product layer. Panthea does not take possession of, hold, control, or safekeep digital assets or private keys, and is not a custodian. Digital-asset custody is provided by Blockfort AG, a Swiss-regulated financial intermediary and VQF (SRO) member, under Blockfort’s own client terms. Nothing in the Content makes Panthea or TrustSwap a custodian of, or responsible for the safekeeping of, any assets.

Panthea does not sell, offer, broker, issue, or handle tokenised shares, securities, or any other financial instrument, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
