3.1 Who we are

Panthea is operated by TrustSwap El Salvador, S.A. de C.V., a company registered in El Salvador. Panthea is the institutional offering of the TrustSwap ecosystem. Panthea is a technology, distribution and product layer and is not a custodian; digital-asset custody is provided by Blockfort AG, a Swiss-regulated custodian, under separate terms. Using this site does not create a custody, client or advisory relationship with TrustSwap.

Panthea does not sell, offer, broker, issue, or handle tokenised shares, securities, or any other financial instrument, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.

3.2 Acceptance

By using panthea.finance and its pages (the “Site”), you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may change these Terms at any time with effect on posting; access may be restricted or withdrawn at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador, and the place of jurisdiction is El Salvador. Your access may also be subject to the laws of the place from which you access the Site.

3.3 No offer or advice

Content on the Site is for information only and is not an advertisement, recommendation, offer or solicitation, nor legal, investment, accounting or tax advice, nor a representation that any product, service or strategy is suitable for you. Obtain independent professional advice and conduct your own investigation before making decisions.

3.4 Local restrictions

The Site is not intended for use where that would be unlawful or where required registrations or licences are not held. Persons in such jurisdictions must not access or use the Site.

3.5 Applications, not accounts

“Request access” submissions are applications, not account openings, and do not guarantee acceptance. Onboarding requires review by TrustSwap and Blockfort, identity verification, and Blockfort’s final custody/regulatory decision.

3.6 No warranty; limited liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, availability, error-free operation, and fitness for purpose, and we accept no liability for loss arising from the content, any third-party content or links, or any use of, access to, or inability to access the Site. Accessing the Site does not make you a client of TrustSwap or Blockfort.

3.7 Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, content on the Site is owned by TrustSwap (or its licensors) and protected by intellectual-property rights. “Panthea” and “TrustSwap” marks are TrustSwap’s; “Blockfort” and related marks are used with permission and remain Blockfort’s. You may not copy, scrape, exploit, embed, reverse-engineer, or remove notices from the Site, or use our or our partners’ marks, except as permitted by law or with written consent.

3.8 Third-party content and links

The Site may reference or link to third-party content and sites (including TrustSwap-ecosystem and Blockfort properties) for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and linking is at your own risk. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

3.9 Performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of digital assets can fall as well as rise, and you may not recover the amount involved.
